Our industrial attachments are work-based learning experiences that equip students with practical skills and professional work ethics aligned with their field of study. We bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world practice, preparing students for the job market. Based on our internal tracking, 75% of students who completed their attachment with us have secured employment after the program.

In Kenya jobs are too much fewer than the number of students graduating from TVETs, Middle colleges and universities as such we train you on how to take greater responsibility, how to manage risk in business, and the need for self-discipline.

Interview Preparations

We know people are employed through interviews. We also know that from standard one (1) you have not gone through a class training you on interview tips. We train you on how to remain focused in interview, practicing common questions, and presenting yourself professionally before your potential employer.
