Our industrial attachments are work-based learning experiences that equip students with practical skills and professional work ethics aligned with their field of study. We bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world practice, preparing students for the job market. Based on our internal tracking, 75% of students who completed their attachment with us have secured employment after the program.
For those students far away from Nairobi, we have introduced remote working,
which offers numerous benefits for students undertaking attachments —
including increased flexibility, improved work-life balance, cost savings,
and enhanced productivity. The attaches can often customize their work environment,
reduce commuting stress, and experience fewer distractions,
leading to greater job satisfaction and, potentially, better health.
On-site work, or in-office work, are essentially synonymous terms.
Both refer to working at our designated workplace — typically the company's physical office — rather than remotely from home or alternative locations.
This arrangement involves physically reporting to the office to perform your job duties.
During your 3-month attachment with us,
beyond your regular duties,
we go the extra mile by training you in
Soft Skills — enabling effective and harmonious interaction with others.

Office phone etiquette involves professional conduct when using the phone in a workplace setting. We shall train you to be polite, clear, and concise, and respecting the caller's time and needs. It's about creating a positive and efficient communication experience for everyone involved.
We understand that this is where your career journey truly starts. We also understand that Career Progression is a dynamic process that requires proactive effort and a willingness to learn and adapt. By focusing on skill development, performance, and building a strong network, we train our attaches to effectively navigate their career paths and achieve their professional goals.
In Kenya jobs are too much fewer than the number of students graduating from TVETs, Middle colleges and universities as such we train you on how to take greater responsibility, how to manage risk in business, and the need for self-discipline.
We know people are employed through interviews. We also know that from standard one (1) you have not gone through a class training you on interview tips. We train you on how to remain focused in interview, practicing common questions, and presenting yourself professionally before your potential employer.
We know that Office Ethics and Etiquette encompass the moral principles and social expectations that guide professional behavior in the workplace. These guidelines promote a positive, respectful, and productive environment for everyone.
